Where does your motivation come from?

You really don't want to study but you have to.
You don't want to go to work because it is cold out side. but you have to keep a roof over your head and food in your tummy.
When you really don't want to do the things you need to do what motivates you?

My motivation is to be the best person i can be in life.When I don't want
to go to work, I do because I know without that job, I would be less of
ther person in whom I want to be. If I don't want to go to school I
still do because an education is important to me. It helps to form the
person I want to be. These things form who I call, me.
